I'd suggest watching some past speeches on youtube and try to take note of their formats. There really isn't a strict format to follow but it usually might include a quote, something about your struggle to get to where you are, then alot of thanking and appreciation. While most people try to put some light humor in there too. It all depends on you though, creativity can't go wrong! Good Luck!
