why do i feel bad after serving up revenge, the dish best served cold, and go into a series of depression that includes, crying, & loss of interest in daily activities, is this "the guilts"? Or is it chronic or what? I have A.D.D so does that factor in anything, this person deserved it, and it was coming for him anyway, according to over 10 or so people...help please...
TrustfulSkepicism, I understand your want to know why you feel the way you do. Maybe you'd like to have a better understanding of what it is you are feeling. I'm not a mental health expert. But I would like to try to help you out. And I think it's important for us to know for sure if what you are feeling is sadness, or clinical depression. I don't know much about your situation. Have you recently suffered some form of loss of a meaningful relationship? If so, then what you're feeling could be grief. You know, the crying, loss of interest in daily activities, etc. It comes with grief. There is a checklist, you could say, for seeing whether or not you actually have clinical depression. It's a serious affective disorder. And in some cases, it is chronic. If that were so, there are ways you CAN be helped.
