please help i have to use Descartes' Rule of Signs to analyze the zeros of the following and list all possibilities.

P(x) = x^5 - 4x^4 + 3x^3 + 2x - 6

to get the numbers of positive roots, substitute the vale of x by (1) and to get the number of negative roots, substitute x by (-1) and count all the terms that has + and - signs. for example: f(x)=2x-3 f(1)=+2(1) -3 __ this is count as one
