You sure it wan't just that it didn't bump on screen? Like if you were to refresh the page, did it bump or not bump? I find that at times, it bumps, but doesn't show the animation and stuff.

Alright bump isn't playing fair -____- I was supposed to have 10 minutes and after they were up it wouldn't let me bump. This is cosmic injustice.

There's actually a thing that I have noticed. When I bump my tutorials, they don't appear on the top to me, but they do to the other users. It's just a matter of F5 and you are done. :)
