Two similar triangles with vertices labeled Bermuda, Miami, and San Juan Puerto Rico are shown. In the bigger triangle, the distance between Bermuda and Miami is 9 and the distance between Miami and San Juan Puerto Rico is 3x. In the smaller triangle, the distance between Bermuda and Miami is 8 and the distance between Miami and San Juan Puerto Rico is x + 5. What is the value, in centimeters, of x?
