Identify the correct slope and y-intercept of the equation 2x + 4y = 8

move 2x to the other side so you have 4y=-2x+8. Then divide by 4 so you have y=... Then the slope is the coefficient in front of you x variable and your y intercept is your regular number. Make sure you have your signs correct.
