Because all of those have a common 'factor' of x you can divide them all by the denominator (x). 3x^4 divided by x is 3x^3. Do this to all of the pieces and the denominator goes away.

\[\implies \frac{\cancel{x}(3x^3 + 5x + 2)}{\cancel{x}} = 3x^3 + 5x + 2\]
