0.5875. Your calculator should have a button that looks like: o ' " or "DMS". Hit "tan" "30" "o ' "" delect the degree symbol, then type 26 and hit the o ' " button again and select the minutes symbol, which looks like an apostrophe.

Alternatively you could convert the degrees and minutes into a decimal value. There are 60 minutes to a degree. So 26/60 = 0.43333. Thus the degree measure is 30.43333. Just be sure to use enough figures.
