Does anyone have an idea as to why I can not open the course and get the following message: "page not found." I downloaded the Windows version.

What do you mean, you downloaded the "windows" version?  How are you trying to access the course?

The windows version you downloaded does not have the drivers for your ethernet/wifi card; you lost you  internet connection, or your internet link just went down.

I downloaded the "Windows Installer" but am unable to run any portion.  I am using Windows 7 and the Chrome browser.

And you can't open that file?  It opens for me.  You'll probably need to extract everything into some other folder.
