Solve the bit on the left like you would a normal equation: 10-x+16-x.

Right, now plug the > back in and you get N>10.5 It asks for an integer so a whole number. You would usually round 10.5 to 11 but that's making it bigger which is not what we want because the biggest it can be is 10.5. So, round down to 10.
