Please let me know if i got this right! thank you! graph the solution to the system 2x+5y≤25 6x+5y≤45 x≥0 y≥0 the solution points i got are (0,9),(0,5),(5,3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Shouldn't you have 4 solutions? I'm really confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It just says to graph it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah but my teacher always asks for the points and mine looks like a triangle with 3 points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not necessarily...this is a system of inequalities, so it should have an infinite amount of solutions because it relates to shading

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh wait...hold on.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In this case it's not an infinite.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's a closed 4 sided shape

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah. You'd have to graph it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm i guess i did something wrong then cause mine doesn't look like that…thank you!

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

instead of dealing with inequalities for a moment prettend u have equations i.e. lines can u graph these?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So anything inside the shape is a solution to the system.
