Put the equation below in the form ax2 + bx + c = 0. Enter exponents using the caret ( ^ ). For example, you would enter 4x2 as 4x^2. x2 + 3x + 7 = 9

wqhats the problem here?

I need an answer? lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^2+3x+7=9

OpenStudy (nottim):

Andoy uare solving for x?

OpenStudy (nottim):

if so, ensure that the equation equals zero. to do so, subtract 9 from both sides.

OpenStudy (nottim):

from that, find 2 numbers that add to the MIDDLE number (3) and multiply to the end number (7-9)

OpenStudy (nottim):

If that doesn't work, do complex trinomial.s if that still doesn't work, continue onto quadratics. Refer to the internet for more info on those.

OpenStudy (nottim):

ok?
