If cos x = .67, what is sin x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can use inverse cosine (Also written as arccos or \(cos^{-1}\)) to find the angle. Once you have the angle, it's easy to just do sin of that angle.

oh okay okay (: that actually made it easier. thank you .

Hint:\[\text{Sin}[\text{ArcCos}[a]]=\sqrt{1-a^2} \]
