If you're looking for a deliberate practice environment, you should try lynda since it has videos as well as exercise files. However, that website can be very expensive. A good place for programming videos online is the new boston. Other than that I would look into opencourseware with the opencourseware finder. There may also be language specific websites, so look at tutorials from there I guess if you still don't understand I'd post on here, or look into a tutor in your area with wyzant.com. If only I could take my own advice. Oh, and before I forget, make use of your textbook to the fullest, there may even be online tutorials related to your text.
