make quizzes more concentrated on personal intellectual skill because anyone can get copy paste knowledge here on internet. . . (jai wikipedia)
and make contest so as to explore inventive ideas. . .

i dont know but you create some environment and ask for probable solution of problem. . .
or
alternatives or improvements that can be made in generally used goods we use.
just to promote innovation books and wikipedia is there for knowledge. . .
(Einstein said y i need to remember anything if i can get it from a book)
