If matrix A has dimensions 4 x 1 and matrix B has dimensions 1 x 5, can matrix A and matrix B be multiplied? YES OR NO

look at the columns of A and rows of B, they're equal and hence, YES they can be multiplied with the resultant having 4x5 dimension
yes it can be multiplied because we multiply rows with columns.
