People’s choices can have a positive or negative effect on their health. Describe one positive choice and one negative health choice a person could make. Be sure to explain how each could impact an individual’s health and, if applicable, the health of others.
Positive: Exercise daily -> can help one maintain health, increase metabolism, and increase endurance/strength depending on which type of exercise. It's a bit of a stretch, but it could impact another person's health if they see improvement in your health and want the same results for him/herself. Negative: Smoking -> horrible for lungs, throat, mouth, heart, circulatory system, etc. It could kill you AND it could kill others through second-hand smoke.
positive means people having good food and good thought and doing exercise daily negative means taking alcohol and smoking and also taking fast food these things take a person soon from this earth
