well there is so many places can help us to apply our idea...
we can make the group on facebook or Google or at anyplace that give us the basic tools of communication....
and we could start by two members it is not a problem" maybe it is better"
the idea is to collaborate, exchange information about a same topic we define, by time ,topic, reference...
