Please, who is a professor?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I AM

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why are you a professor?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because I like school and low pay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol low pay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the reason why i am asking to know who a professor is that, Once many professors were called and asked to sit in an airplane. After they sat, they were informed that the plane is made by their students. All of them ran and got out of plane except one. People asked him the reason, He said,"if it's made by my students it will not even start.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My question now is that, what are professors telling we students?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's a joke , not real; since every doctor/engineer/architect was a student once

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

we talking about reality. Is not only professors but in general terms, it happen.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure, there's some truth to the joke, which is what makes it funny. However, let's be careful in identifying what that truth is. It would be a mistake to say that the truth is "Teachers are not teaching well." It would also be a mistake to say that the truth is "Students are not learning well." Instead, the truth is simply that students are students. They are in the process of learning, and so it's hard to trust them with something important like building a plane. Students make more mistakes than professionals because they are inexperienced and because a lot of their knowledge is still theoretical, while professionals have practice applying their knowledge.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Maybe they were bad students!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure, that happens. There are some bad students and some bad teachers, but there's no point in placing blame, especially not in a broad way.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

a wise man once said. there's no such thing as bad students; just bad teachers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's why doctors go through extensive training before they can actually practice medicine. The same goes in many fields. I know for engineering that I need to intern at least one summer at an engineering firm before I can graduate.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Those bad teachers were once bad students :}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All the professors except one were sure that, the plane can start but will cause disaster. That was why they went out. The only professor who was left, was very sure that, his students can't just do any things.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol where this students good for nothing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That was a joke dude lol No one would seriously put anyone's life in jeopardy if they were sure that the plane would not work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So uh... there's this thing called fiction that I think you should be aware of.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

factually, most leaders are not having believe in their subordinates, that is the impression i am trying to create. Without believe the person you are teaching will never know what you are teaching him/her.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What you have stated is not a fact.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes no fact, But did you actual believe that, there was no trust, that brought about that incident.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are little pessimistic. You need to have a little faith in people.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

without faith in yourself and your the people, you can never achieve your aim.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Seems like you don't have faith in yourself then...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are still not getting the point i am tryna make. We all are talking about lack of faith in the leaders. i am talking in general terms not only base on the situation in hand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think that's the general consensus. I for one don't no believe that and everyone who has posted on this question is also against your point. We have faith in our leader or else we wouldn't vote in any president. I think you need rethink your view.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are still narrowed down. Every action have a reason,do you have any ulterior motive.
