Peter plans to cover two walls of his rectangular room with wall paper, as shown below. A roll of wallpaper is 10 meters long and 0.5 meters wide. Assuming that there is no wastage, how many rolls of wallpaper would Michelle require to cover the two walls?

total area to be covered = 8*5 + 8*5 = 80 sq m area of one wallpaper = 10*0.5 = 5 sq m number of rolls = 80/5 = 16 rolls :)
