how would we go about obtaining credits also what about the exzams. Do we grade ourselfs

The courses available on OCW are basically "as is". There is no instructor, there are no tests, if the materials are useful to you then great, but if not then there's nobody to complain to. If you want evidence of your studies, then look into MIT/Harvard edX which offers free classes along with a certificate of completion (but so far they have only offered one class).
