yes it can. but of course you need to have patience. sometimes help doesnt get there quickly. however if you're in need of physics help i would recommend @Vaidehi09 he's a very good teacher and has helped me a lot. of course there are others like @experimentX who's very good in physics as well

for chemistry i can recommend @zepp he's very good. although there are others but i havent seen much yet

for biology there's @carniel @blues and @trancenova all biology experts

we have an unofficial group Astronomy. but in official groups i guess that classifies under physics
