It is (15/2) and the completed expression would be \[(x^2) +15x + 225/4\] or it just \[(x+ (15/2))^2\] since you take 15 the coefficient of the second term or "b" and divide it by 2 and square it
CORRECTION: Instead of 15/2 I meant 225/4
