You're asking in the MIT OCW Biology forum, so if you're indeed asking about OCW, then the short answer is that there is no course to join. OCW simply makes materials from MIT's regular classes available to people who want to use them for self-study and for instructors who may want to incorporate some of the material in to their own classes.

But while there's no course, there's still a lot of great material (through it varies quite a bit by course) if you're interested in learning on your own, and there are various forums like this one that have similar-minded people who are also interested in learning these subjects who you can talk with.

If you tell us something about your background and specific interests/goals then I'm sure people here could make useful recommendations.

Also take a look at MIT and Harvard's new edX program at:

Which will start offering actual classes (this fall) with some type of certificate of completion (though it's unlikely you're going to be able to get a degree from MIT this way any time soon). I believe their classes will be free as well.

If there is any problem about joining the courses just visit MIT profile on Youtube, Check playlists and find what you need.Bellow each vidoe you have an adress that will lead you to the ocw.mit.edu (...) Everything what you need :) THere is also another Website. Coursera.com and coursea.com :) Bonne apetit :D
