I was trying to delete a question I already solved, but there was no option for that.

erm, don't you have a "Delete" option in the blue box where the original Q is posted?
if not just close the question (I already closed this one, but it is in the upper right hand corner next to the "bump" option

actually we prefer you to just close Q's when you are done with them rather than delete them so we can access them in the future.
