Which of the following is the slope between the points (0, -10) and (-4, 0)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[m = \frac{y_1 - y_2}{x_1 - x_2}\]

Parth (parthkohli):

Or just see how \(y\) changes by, and divide that by the number \(x\) changes by :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Plug in the values. \[m = \frac{-10 - 0}{0 - (-4)} \implies ?\]

Parth (parthkohli):

(0,2) and (5,-6) has 5 as the change in \(x\) and -8 as the change in \(y\).

Parth (parthkohli):

After you have understood the formula, you may do the method I told you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2/5 -2/5 -5/2 5/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0, -10) and (-4, 0)? x1, y1 x2,y2 :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk how to do this stuff

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use calc mathletes formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0, -10) and (-4, 0)? x1, y1 x2,y2 |dw:1343063491297:dw|
