How were the Tigris, Euphrates, and Nile Rivers important to the creation of ancient civilizations?
one of many influences the rivers had was on their agriculture, on the civilizations trade, mostly on their economy
These rivers were not only a big part of the trade economy, but with the land near them it made the civilizations flourish because of the land that was so fertile, thus providing more agricultural goods and such.
The most important thing to remember about the rivers is that they also provided the people with trade routes from which they could travel from one place to another, thus spreading/trading their trading technology, ideas, and religion.
All of these answers are great reasons why civilization flourished along these rivers. Just to add to what has been said above as an example, you can see how much of an impact the Nile has had on Egypt in particular from its architecture (the columns of the Hypostyle Hall at Karnak resemble papyrus reeds rising up as a forest) to the materials it used in day to day administration of their nation - the use of papyrus reeds to make paper. One of the theories on how the pyramids were built also center around the Nile which may have been used to float the giant stones from quarries miles away on giant rafts all the way up to Gizeh.
