If an amoeba manages to engulf a bacterium using endocytosis, what is most likely to happen to the bacterium? It will be digested by the amoeba and used as a food source. It will infect the amoeba and eventually kill it. It will insert some of its genes into the genome of the amoeba. It will be ejected by the amoeba through an opening in the cell membrane.
