can we find all functions with this property \[ f(x)=f^{-1}(x) \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Neemo

OpenStudy (anonymous):

only neemo? he can't be found...:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha no; we discussed about it on a question before!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

looks like somebody found nemo...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you add that f is strictly increasing then the only solution is f(x)=x so, if not....there are many ....... infinity :)

|dw:1343094619949:dw| also ! alll countinous" fonction" that have y=x as axis of symmetry are a solution !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nice; \(y=0\) , \(y=x\) and \(\large y=\frac{a}{x} \) are answers do u know another family of functions
