[Differential Equations] How do I transform this differential equation? \[(2x-5y+3)dx-(2x+4y-6)dy=0\]

I know that you have to do something like \[a_1b_1=a_2b_2\] which in this case is false. So you have to do some substitutions using the equations:\[x=x*+h\]\[y=y*+k\]But I'm not sure how to proceed. Help?
