12v^6-44v^5+44v^4 Factor completely

OpenStudy (tiffanymak1996):

4y^4 *(3y^2 -11y +11) that's as much you can get, since (3y^2 -11y +11) cannot be factorized. well you can have imaginary number: 4y^4 *(1/12 (11 i+sqrt(11)-6 i y) (-11 i+sqrt(11)+6 i y))

OpenStudy (tiffanymak1996):

oh, and for the imaginary no. that was from irreducible factorization. Hope this helps!
