I would personally say D.

Being a visual learner means looking at something helps you learn it better. So, consider which of these study techniques have you looking at things: A = Discussing out loud, so not visual (This is an example of auditory learning) B = Symbols within the notes to look at and draw your attention while studying, so visual (as well as verbal) learning. C = Charts, illustrations and graphs are all visual ways of presenting information. D = Color coding is similar to symbols in the notes, both visual and verbal learning. So, A is the least helpful for a visual learner.
