a) Each numbre from E is equal to each number from O -1
O is greater than E because each number of it is greater to each number from E
If you can see, E and O have each one 51 numbers in the list because of that the difference will be 51

b) Each number from P is equal to each number from O excepting number 2 which can be seen like an extra number in list.
Let's see:
P has 52 numbers in list
O has 51 numbers in list
Computing each difference between numbers plus the extra number you got 51 + 2 = 53
