Why is war against terrorists difficult to fight? They have more advanced weaponry. They seek to create peace in the world and will not fight back. Members of terrorist groups are scattered throughout the world, so there is no one clear target. They leave no trace of their plans.

it depends who the war is with to answer that best. Like we'll use Vietnam as an example, the reason we couldn't win that is the same reason France couldn't. They are in their own territory and may not necessarily be that they have more advanced weapons, but they took advantage of what they had. You know it isn't to create peace lol and on occasion there is trace left, and members are scattered. So in your opinion which sounds most right? I would answer it for you if I had more of a background, hope i helped at all.
