What is the value of the x variable in the solution to the following system of equations? 2x + 3y = 4 x - 2y = -5 2 -2 1 -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is there a Y value?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No what you see is it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is how you do it, use one equation and solve for x. Substitude the value of x into the other equation, then solve.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2x + 3y = 4 x - 2y = -5 so multiply 1st eqn by 2 nd second eqn by 3 and add both the eqns.... so y term wil get cancel..and ull get value of x..
