Thanks for the reply, but i already had the paper from the first link (but i got it from the IEEE-database). And sadly the second gives just an error, that the file is missing.

I hadn't found any further information about that - but a workmate of mine just finished a paper about a bunch of algorithms, this one included. When its published i will post the link.
