\[6x ^{3}\]Multiply the coefficients (3 * 2) Since the exponents are to the same base (x) to multiply you simply add the exponents.

OpenStudy (radar):

\[x ^{1}\times x^{2} =x ^{(2+1)}=x ^{3}\]
