For example you can start something like this.......Food is one of my most favourite things in life, without it life would be very boring. Though I have had some pretty good meals in my life, there was one memorable meal that still makes my mouth water. It was at year ago when my family went at the my aunt's house,it was birthday party of her son. When we sat at the table,we mainly talked about our exams.Then the aunt appeared with paten in her hand.When we saw the paten,we were suprised.On the plate there were something unusual species.I have never seen something like that.When I tried it,I liked it, but still I didn't know what it is.I have asked my aunt what is the name of that meal,and she told me.It was a cabbage rolls.I never ate it before,but I have to say it was very delicious.......Is this start good? :D

All essays have to follow a format. Take this basic outline and fill in your information:

First, you need to think of THREE reasons why that particular meal is your favorite: taste, looks, the memories it evokes, etc...
Then, you need THREE examples or explanations to support EACH reason.

Paragraph 1 ~ Introduction.

Paragraph 2 ~ Discuss reason one.

Paragraph 3 ~ Discuss reason two.

Paragraph 4 ~ Discuss reason three.

Paragraph 5 ~ Conclusion. Summarize. Tell your readers what they have just read, in three to five sentences.
