my watch shows the correct time at 12 noon, but the battery started to run down until it eventually stopped completely. between 12 noon up to its stopping, it lost 15 minutes per hour on average. it now shows 6 pm but it stopped 3 hours ago. what is the correct time now?

Just kidding, 

15 minutes per hour... 

started at 12 and its 6 now.. so, total loss of minutes 15 * 6 = 90 minutes, i.e. 1 and hour hour.. 

it stopped 3 hrs ago.. so right time now is, 1.5 + 3 + 6 = 10.30 pm..
