Is there any difference between PROTEASE enzyme in some of powder detergents and PROTEINAZE that is defined as histone remover enzyme ?
Not much. I believe protease is the more general term - proteinases are a specific class of proteases which cleave after aliphatic and aromatic amino acids.
[+blues] It's not a religious problem so it can't be matter of "believe" you know it or not ?
Hussain, I am very well aware that this is problem has nothing to do with religion. I use "I believe" to emphasize that I think this is so - that it is a statement of what I think, not absolute and indisputable fact. The distinction between "protease" and "proteinase" is mostly semantic - down to personal interpretation rather than scientific basis - anyway, so I state my opinion on the subject and indicate that it is my opinion rather than fact. Sorry for the confusion.
