How would I solve this problem using Cross Multiplication? *View Picture!*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, so cross multiplication. Just multiply the denominator of one term to the numerator of the opposite term. So: 6(x+3) + x(x+5)=5/6 6x + 18 + x^2 +5x = 5/6 x^2 +11x + 18 = 5/6 Then you factor and solve for x. Can you take it from there?
