Which of the following represents the graph of f(x) = 3x – 2 ?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

I think your equation should be \[f(x) = 3^x - 2\] which is an exponential function.... find the y intercept by letting x = 0 \[y = 3^0 - 2\] \[y = 1 - 2\] so the y - intercept is y = -1 find the graph with a y-intercept of y = -1

You're correct my bad, it's a exponential function!

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

and it is a positive exponential function which generally look like |dw:1343333796129:dw|
