math is an contribution but i think they want you to elaborate and give more examples. they had a very advanced and complicated form of writing using symbols and representation. also i think that math had been around before them too.

A lot of academic contributions: for example, advancements in knowledge of the human body / medical sciences, the first instance of paper in the form of papyrus, geometric theories, the calendar used today, etc. :)
