What would be a headline of a newspaper that represents Catherine the Great biggest accomplishment, and Benjamin Franklin & Galileo. Creative Headline
1 headline for each=] Please and thank you. I'm not creative when it comes to headlines! Thank you for any help
It kind of wouldn't be fair to do this for you because the point of the thing is for YOU to creatively create the headlines. But I will help you.
Start by first identifying the great accomplishments of each figure.
So you don't want me to help?
Sure whatever input or ideas you have I would be glad to hear it=]
So just so I know what are you saying in your paper is Franklin's greatest accomplishment?
Okay well let's just look at Franklin first. What are you saying is his greatest accomplishment?
He invented bifocals and electricity
Well according to a lot of history books he DISCOVERED electricity, he didn't invent it. I don't personally believe this to be true since electricity have existed long before Franklin. It is highly unlikely that he discovered it first, but he may have been the first to publically write about it. So let's use that. There are a couple of ways to come up with a headline. You could go for the completely serious approach and treat it like real news, or you could take a humorous approach and create one that is kind of funny. I prefer the humorous approach, but the process is the same either way. Take the "news event", discovering electricity in this case and think of something that could have happened during that event to make it newsworthy. You could go in tons of directions with this. Example: Local Man Barely Escapes Death Frying Kite In A Storm You could even give it a sub-heading as you sometimes see in newspaper articles to make it more humorous. Example: Headline: Local Man Barely Escapes Death Frying Kite In A Storm Sub-heading: Discovers electricity This would not have been humorous in his time, but in ours it is ironic that the discovery of something that changed the world and affects our daily lives would have been given the sub-heading rather than the headline.
thank you=] i agree with the 1st paragraph, he just announced it to the world=]
