yes it is
Here you can do a prime factorization on 540. You can pull out the two squares from that. Then you can also take the most x^2's that you can. For example, the most x^2's you can take out of x^15 is 14, and you have one left over.

A prime factorization is essentially boiling down a large number into a product of prime numbers. Like so: |dw:1343488835710:dw| All of the numbers enclosed by the dotted line are the prime factors of 540. That means: 540 = 2 * 2 * 3 * 3 * 3 * 5
