find the volume of the cone. H=65m and r=37m The volume of the cone is ___ m^3 The answer has to be exact in terms of pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[V_{Cone} = \frac13πr^2h\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 93184.87 is that correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's supposed to be left in exact terms of π, so leave π as a variable.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do I do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well you can do this two ways. You can leave it as \[\frac{88985π}{3}\]or you can just divide by 3 and leave it as an approximate.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok it ask me to simplify the answer. type an integer or a simplified fraction. Type an exact answer in terms of pi.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The one I types is a simplified fraction.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be 88985pi m^3 is that correct? the answer box is ___ m^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

88985π/3 m^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK thanks for your help
