$$h(t)=-16t^2+v_0t+h_0$$Plug in the values you were given: $$h(t)=-16t^2+(176ft/s0m/s)t+0m$$All you have to do is solve for t.  You will get two answers...one will be 0 and the other will be the total flight time.
