How would you describe the graph of the cosine function.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wavy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Seriously? Value is 1 and slope is 0 at x = 0, value is 0 and slope is 1 at x = pi/2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry slope is -1 at x = pi/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can use the y=cos(x) put x=0 u get y=1 put x=90 you get y=0 and so on its graph is periodic which means it repeats itself after some interval.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And the interval is 2 pi.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And it's closely related to sine.
