Draw two perpendicular lines and mark off even divisions for the scales .. Can you not do that?

I recommend you to do what @telliott99 told you, because you will have to learn how to draw point in the xy-plane anyway. Nevertheless, I will add something that might be interesting for this problem, look at all the point given and notice that their x-value doesn't change, but their y-value goes from negative into positive (and would go vice versa) this is what you call 'conjugation' And conjugation is a reflection over the ___-axis (-;
