ANYONE help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking 32

OpenStudy (btaylor):

if the dimensions are reduced by 1/2, then each side is 6. So then it is 36. Get it?

OpenStudy (ganpat):

the original is square, when it is folded, it looks like an isosceles triangle with side 6 rt 2.. The paper is folded at center.. so side of the square = (6 rt 2) * 2 = 12 * 2 = 24.. if the dimensions r reduced by half.. so the new side is 12.. Now calculate the area of the square... = side square..
